Q: IS MEADOW GREEN PET FRIENDLY?

Yes, we love our animal residents here! There is a $300 nonrefundable pet deposit and $25.00 monthly rent for our furry friends!

Q: HOW MUCH IS YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT?

Our security deposit is personally based on the individual application credit and background checks. We have a tiered program that works with many different situations! We approve on full approval and conditional options. We are willing to work with all residents as much as possible.

Q: Does Meadow Green offer short term leases?

Yes, we do offer short term leases! Please contact us and we will be happy to go over all options available.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

We are currently open from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, but we would be happy to schedule an appointment if these times are inconvenient for you.

Q: What is your rental criteria?

All applications are subject to approval through an outside Screening Program. The Screening Program reviews applications based on an empirical system that incorporates various credit factors and other non-statistical factors to determine overall applicant worthiness. The Screening Program also reviews other criteria, such as Evictions, Rental Collections, and Criminal Background. We may have additional requirements based on the results, such as a non-refundable Risk Mitigation Fee. Applicants who do not have a Social Security Number cannot be processed and will, therefore, be subject to additional screening and/or other requirements.
