Q: Does Hartwell Cove provide short term leases?

Yes! At Hartwell Cove, we offer leases starting at 3 months. However, there an additional short term premium each month depending on the length of lease you are looking for.

Q: Is Hartwell Cove pet friendly?

Yes! At Hartwell Cove, we are pet friendly. There is a max pet limit of 2 pets. The fees are $300 nonrefundable for 1 pet or $450 nonrefundable for 2 pets and a $25 per pet per month pet rent.

Q: Do you have breed restrictions?

Yes. Our breed restrictions are Pitt Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf Hybrids or any mixed breeds containing the mentioned breeds.

Q: What is your rental criteria?

All applications are subject to approval through an outside Screening Program. The Screening Program reviews applications based on an empirical system that incorporates various credit factors and other non-statistical factors to determine overall applicant worthiness. The Screening Program also reviews other criteria, such as Evictions, Rental Collections, and Criminal Background. We may have additional requirements based on the results, such as a non-refundable Risk Mitigation Fee. Applicants who do not have a Social Security Number cannot be processed and will, therefore, be subject to additional screening and/or other requirements.
